Fitness
CRTE has a small fitness center available to all homeowners and their guests. The fitness center consists of several treadmills and "universal machines" to work muscles. The CRTE fitness room also has TV's and is fully air-conditioned. The fitness room is located on the ground floor, next to the pool.
Some CRTE residents prefer to workout at commercial fitness centers, most of which are located within a few miles of CRTE, and all of which are accessible by mass transit. To name a few:

- Gold's Gym (Commercial)
- Island Gym (Wilton Manors)
- LA Fitness (Federal)
- The Firm (Downtown)
- World Gym (Federal)
LA Fitness is located on Federal Highway about one mile north of Oakland Park Boulevard.
