The Community Room is setup for an upcoming board meeting.
Additional chairs are needed for a special board meeting. Attendance varies significantly depending on time of year and the items on the agenda.
Tables are arranged for the Board members prior to a meeting.

Our 2011-2012 Board of Directors are nine volunteers who are elected by the shareholders, that is, the owners of each apartment.

The approved minutes from each Board meeting are available for shareholders to view. The approved minutes are kept in a binder in the CRTE library (across from the mail room). In the event they have been removed, possibly for updating, check with the CRTE office.
