Clubhouse
About 1 block from the main CRTE building is our unique and completely modernized clubhouse. Located at 3601 NE 32nd Avenue, the clubhouse is along the famous intracoastal waterway. Our clubhouse has many uses, such as -
- informal social gatherings
- hosting private parties (reserve the clubhouse in the CRTE office)
- viewing the annual Boat Parade in December
- relaxing in a quiet place
- preparing meals for guests using the clubhouse kitchen
One of many magnificent homes along the intracoastal waterway. The CRTE clubhouse faces the waterway permitting residents and guests an exceptional view of the flotilla of yachts from all over the world.
There is limited parking directly in front of the clubhouse and along nearby streets. For large gatherings it is best to check with the CRTE office to arrange for extended guest parking.
