In recent years a newsletter has been replaced by our in-house Channel 95 cable TV station.

The Board has setup our Community Room for an upcoming meeting so as to enable communication with the homeowners.

The City of Fort Lauderdale robocalls all local phones with emergency instructions during hurricanes. If the electric lines go dead, wired phones may or may not work and wireless phones may or may not work (cell towers). To add to this mix, many residents have abadoned wired phones completely having ported local landline numbers to cell phones.

Communication
The CRTE building was built in 1964. Communication among the homeowners (shareholders) was done with a newsletter since the early days until 2008.

Shown is an HDTV set indicating that Channel 95 has been tuned in. This will change in 2011 with the advent of fiber optics and cable digital.
