CRTE has 24/7 security personnel, maintenance staff for recycling, mechanical & electrical affairs and general building maintenace, and an office staff.

The office staff consists of -

• the resident manager
• the secretary
• the bookkeeper.

The phone number 954-566-4323 on top of this page will connect you to one of the office staff. That phone is answered during normal business hours, generally 9 to 5 weekdays.

Should you wish to contact the "front desk" dial 954-566-4322 (just one digit different from the office number) where there is a 24 hour, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, security guard.

If you have an emergency,

• dial 911 immediately
• then dial security at the front desk at 954-566-4322 so that security can lock off the receiving room elevator for the emergency squad.

CRTE publishes a directory of every resident, their phone numbers and apartment numbers. This directory is updated annually and is intended for internal contact use by our shareholders.
