The CRTE office is our main contact for all CRTE business affairs.

The service elevator in the back of the building is locked when security is notified of an emergency. This allows Fort Lauderdale emergency response teams quick access to any floor.

CRTE has 24/7 security personnel, maintenance staff who handle trash collection for recycling, mechanical, electrical affairs and general maintenace. CRTE has a separate office staff.

The phone number 954-566-4323 on top of this page will connect you to one of the office staff. That phone is answered during normal business hours, generally 9 to 5 weekdays. Should you wish to contact the "front desk" dial 954-566-4322 (just one digit different from the office number) where there is a 24/7 security guard.

If you have an emergency, dial 911 immediately, then dial security at the front desk at 954-566-4322 so that security can lock off the receiving room elevator for Fire and Rescue Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel.

CRTE publishes a directory of every shareholder/resident, their phone numbers and apartment numbers. This directory is updated annually and is intended for internal contact use by our shareholders.

E-mail contact of our office staff is discouraged by the CRTE Board and is intentionally omitted from our web site.
