| Floorplan CRTE is 16 stories high with floors numbered 1 through 17. Floor 13 is numerically absent. The apartments are stacked above each other in a traditional high-rise manner. The stacks are numbered 1 through 22 with 13 numerically absent and replaced by 12A instead.

A specific apartment # is determined by combining the stack number with the floor number (see the diagram below for stack numbers). For example, an apartment in stack # 20 on the 7th floor would be apartment # 720; an apartment in stack 1 on the 15th floor would be apartment 1501.

Shown below are the square feet for each apartment. All stacks except 12 and 19 have outside balconies of approximately 100 sq ft in addition to the square footage in the chart below.
