Each apartment has two separate entrances.

The corridors are well lit,

Three elevators plus a service elevator serve every floor.

A reflecting mirror and lounge chair are on each floor next to the elevators.

 

Floorplan

CRTE is 16 stories high with floors numbered 1 through 17. Floor 13 is numerically absent. The apartments are stacked above each other in a traditional high-rise manner. The stacks are numbered 1 through 22 with 13 numerically absent and replaced by 12A instead.

A specific apartment # is determined by combining the stack number with the floor number.

For example, an apartment in stack # 20 on the 7th floor would be apartment # 720; an apartment in stack #1 on the 15th floor would be apartment 1501. Checkout the diagram on the right showing apartment 720.

Shown in the table below are the approximate square feet for each apartment. All stacks except 12 and 19 have outside balconies of approximately 100 sq ft in addition to the square footage shown. For metric users, 100 square feet is about 9.29 square meters. The notation x/y in the table indicates the usual bedrooms/bathrooms notation used by many realtors in the United States.
