UPS deliveries to CRTE are left with security located near the service elevator. The resident later signs with security to retrieve the package. FedEx and other delivery services are handled in a similar manner.

Mail

CRTE residents receive their US mail via mailboxes located in the mailroom on the main floor. Each mailbox has an unique key distributed to the apartment owner.

Magazines and other third class mail are delivered separately into separate boxes, one for each apartment. These third class boxes are open at all times. They are on the wall opposite the standard boxes in the mailroom.

Deliveries of packages via US mail, USPS, and FedEx are handled separately from regular mail. The packages are left with security near the service elevator, just inside the loading dock. Security then places a small slip in the mailbox. The resident on opening the mailbox takes the slip to security and signs for the package.
