Parking

Each apartment is assigned a permanent parking slot. There are certain restrictions on your vehicle (e.g. size). Check with the office on restrictions. The parking lots at CRTE are landscaped and fully maintained by the association. There are hoses in the SW corner of the parking lot which can be freely used by our resident homewoners to wash their cars. And there is also commercial vacuum equipment to clean your car located at the same location.

Guests can park their cars in the NW corner of the parking lot in any slot with a yellow-painted curb. Guests must register their car with security or the car is subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
