CRTE periodically issues a booklet called The Rules We Live By . The booklet contains

• all of the the rules we live by
• our emergency procedures
• our Occupancy Agreement
• our Standard Resident Guest Agreement
• our By-Laws
• and lots more

The booklet is 60 pages in length and is indexed. The booklet is useful for

• homeowners
• guests
• prospective buyers
• prospective sellers

We have electronically reproduced the entire booklet using OCR software. Please note that there may be occasional errors due to the scanning process and that the Board has authorized changes to the booklet since the time this was scanned. Always refer to the latest printed booklet available in the CRTE office if there is a need for accuracy in content. Our scanning took place in August 2001 on the 2001 edition of the guide.
