Security
CRTE maintains a security system throughout the building and connecting grounds. In particular, CRTE has -
- 24/7 security personnel
- a key fob entry system - Homeowners carry on their keychain a small device that electronically opens the doors to CRTE when scanned. Once the fob is scanned, a photo of that person appears at security, confirming that the key fob and person match. Visitors gain entry to CRTE by pressing a button near the outside door. Once security views the visitor in the camera, security will release the door. Visitors then proceed to register. Long term guests need to register at security at which time they will be given instructions as to how they can gain electronic entry to the building during their visit. Guests entering along with a homeowner must still register. Security views all entry through cameras. Failure to register guests will precipitate further action by CRTE.
